Lion Supermarket (traditional Chinese: ç…å城 ) is an Asian American supermarket chain that originated in San Jose, California. It was founded in 1982, and has since expanded to include six different locations in San Jose, Santa Clara, Milpitas, and Newark.
Lion Supermarket caters to the large Asian-American population in the San Francisco Bay Area, stocking a variety of foods from China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.
